Shipping & Delivery

We are excited to share Faith Planner ships to every state in the United States of America and every country in the European Union. We ship from our warehouse located at 7812 Beland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, likely sooner.

Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us at support@thefaithplanner.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete addresses information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

USA Shipping Options:

Express (1-2 Business Days)
Standard (2-4 Business Days)
Economy (5-7 Business Days)

European Shipping Options:

International Standard (5-10 Business Days)
International Express (3-5 Business Days to Cities)

Please note that specific carriers cannot be selected. 

How Can I Change My Order?

If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact support@thefaithplanner.com as soon as possible. 

Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.

I Didn’t Receive my Package

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact support@thefaithplanner.com for further assistance.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on number of product ordered, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the final shipping cost. We offer free shipping on all addresses inside the United States of America.
