Want to return your Faith Planner? You have 30 days from the day of initial order delivery to return the Faith Planner. 

Return Instructions

Mail your purchased item(s) back to the following address (ideally in the same packaging you received your product in)

We recommend USPS Media Mail for the cheapest shipping cost.

NOTE: If you received your product damaged this is would not be considered a return. Just email us a picture of the damaged or defective product at support@thefaithplanner.com and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and with no pen marks or bent pages.

Refund Timeline 

Once your items arrive at the address listed above, we will process a refund on the purchase price of the items received within 1 business day to the payment method used to complete the initial order. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
